Agreement to Use Services
By accessing or using the services (the “Services”) provided by Dolly Casino, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and patents, are owned by Dolly Casino or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any trademark, logo, service mark, trade name, trade dress, or other intellectual property of Dolly Casino without our prior written consent.

Dolly Casino PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL Dolly Casino BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTIONS, AND LOSS OF DATA.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect.
Changes to Terms
Dolly Casino reserves the right at any time to modify or update these Terms. You agree to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Services after any modification or update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
Dolly Casino may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services.
